Welcome to AdvancED

Walmart's AdvancED program makes postsecondary education more accessible and affordable for Walmart associates and their eligible family members across Canada.

Walmart and Humber College have formed a strategic partnership that will connect associates to educational programs, services and supports to help them achieve their goals. As part of this partnership, Humber is building the AdvancED Network, a group of postsecondary institutions that will span across the country to ensure associates have educational opportunities available to them in-person and online. Collège Boréal is the first to join the AdvancED Network, and will be the primary French language education provider. Check back often to see which institutions join the AdvancED Network.

Full-time and salaried Walmart associates enrolled at any accredited Canadian college or university through the AdvancED program can receive an annual tuition reimbursement. An additional tuition reimbursement incentive is also given for programs and courses taken at Humber or an AdvancED Network partner institution.

Part-time Walmart associates and eligible family members of Full-time and salaried associates can receive tuition reimbursement on courses successfully completed through Humber or an AdvancED Network partner institution.

Details about the tuition reimbursement and eligibility can be found by searching: wmlink/advanced on the WIRE (Walmart Intranet).
